Support

Fetch is a small app. If something is wrong, or you are stuck, write to info@fetch.family and say what happened. The more concrete, the faster this goes.

It helps to include the email address you sign in with, what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot saves a lot of back and forth.

Signing in

Fetch has no password. You type your email address, Fetch emails you a link and an eight-digit code, and either one signs you in. Both work once, for ten minutes. If the email does not arrive, check spam, then ask for a new one.

Joining a crew

Someone already in the crew creates an invite code in Settings and sends it to you. Open Fetch, sign in and type the code. You can only be in one crew at a time, so leave the old one before joining a new one.

Notifications

Fetch asks once, when you claim your first day. If you said no back then, turn Fetch's notifications back on in iOS Settings. If they are on and still nothing arrives, check that the day is claimed and that the phone is signed in to the right account.

Deleting your account or your crew

Both live in Settings. Fetch emails you a code first, because neither can be undone. Deleting your account keeps your crew's past weeks working, and your name on old days becomes “a former member”. Deleting the crew removes the children's names, the opening hours and the days for everyone in it.

Languages

Fetch is in English and Danish. It follows your phone, and you can choose for yourself in Settings.
